Permanent Solution to Temporary Decal Problem

Shelmet had been casting this cylinder for some time and one day discovered that the customer was applying a decal to the side of the finished cylinder. Unfortunately, the decal would often fall off during the parts' lifecycle.

We suggested permanently casting the decal information on the side of the part.

We also upgraded the material from purely brass to a brass stainless alloy that extends the life of the part.

The end result is a part that
